Dear Anodea, Thank you so much for your guidance through your books. I appreciate your counseling more than I can express. I live in Johannesburg South Africa. I’m 44 years old and trying to overcome all my ‘issues’. In 2006, a dear friend gave me a book for my birthday. The title: Chakras – Wheels of Life. Through that book, you helped me tremendously. I began doing the exercises and even tried the meditations recommended. I then purchased the revised edition of Eastern Body Western Mind. Much of what you analyzed made sense and resonated with me. You have helped me to understand myself by putting my experiences in perspective. For many years I have been trying to iron out all the problem areas within myself. I believe that my striving to improve my life was heard by the universe hence I was lead to you. I realise that there is a long way to go in healing and balancing my chakras so that I can live as fulfilling a life as possible. You have given me the tools; I just need to apply them. Recently I purchased Waking the Global Heart and downloaded the study guide. It’s amazing just how much of Waking the Global Heart resonated with my own idea of the growth of humanity. In December I saw the movie Avatar and wow! Much of what you speak of in Global Heart is echoed by James Cameron. Perhaps the universal shift in consciousness is taking place at a greater pace and scale than I imagine.
